Day 1 and Day 2

 

The children and staff arrived safely on Monday evening.  After dinner , the children enjoyed an evening of fun and games on the beach.  The evening sunshine was glorious.  

 

On Tuesday morning, we visited the summer residence of Queen Victoria-Osborne House.  The children had a guided tour of the house. The children learned about the life and times of the Queen as they toured the large house and gardens.   

 

During the afternoon, the children were treated to a falconry display at Robin Hill Park. The sunshine came out just in time for the children to enjoy the attractions , including the proud peacocks that live in the park.   After dinner, the children played games in the park before returning to the hotel to write postcards home.
