Welcome to Westbrook Primary's meaningful work program!

 

Children in Years 5 & 6 get a fantastic opportunity to learning about, and experience, some of the responsibilities of having a 'job'.

Students are able to apply for a number of roles within the school. Applying for a job includes filling out an application form and going through a simple interview process.

Successful applicants work in their job role for a 6 weeks period (or half-term). These jobs take place at lunchtime. Children are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible manor, as they would do in the professional world.
